I have been with my company for three years using the RR system on the customer service side, however I am very new to my current position in marketing and I was unaware of what your system was able to do. The training was very helpful in showing me the types of campaigns that could be used and the various reports I would be able to obtain from the system. I had never been in many of the screens/modules before but Carole was very informative and patient in explaining each field that would be required. Also, going over the packages module was very beneficial as so many services are being packaged and I now have a greater understanding of what the system is capable of.
